The "Mo Panchayat Mo Tahasil" programme, a flagship initiative to bring governance to the grassroots level, was successfully conducted at Guali Panchayat under Barbil Tahasil. The event was marked by active public participation and was graced by several dignitaries, including the Hon'ble Member of Parliament of Keonjhar, the Sub-Collector of Champua, BDO Joda, Sarpanch and Panchayat Samiti Member of Guali Gram Panchayat.
Tahasildar Rakesh Kumar Panda played a key role in organizing and facilitating the smooth execution of the camp, ensuring timely service delivery and grievance redressal.
Key Highlights of the Programme:
33 RoR (Record of Rights) and Physical Possession certificates were handed over to beneficiaries under the Basundhara Scheme.
10 beneficiaries received housing allotments under the Antodaya Yojana.
Laptops were distributed to all 6 Revenue Inspectors (RIs) to enhance digital service efficiency.
4 new Vasundhara applications were submitted during the camp.
12 land demarcation-related grievances were registered for necessary follow-up.
On-the-spot processing included 9 Column-II case inquiries, 2 legal heirship inquiries, and 48 caste certificate verifications.
The event exemplified the district administration’s commitment to delivering doorstep governance marked by transparency, efficiency, and responsiveness to citizens' needs.
